How to make Easy Chinese Chicken Stir-Fry
Chicken stir fry is a delicious dish packed with vibrant vegetables and tender chicken. An ideal choice for a weeknight dinner!
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast sliced
- 2 tbls vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli
- 1 carrot
- 1⁄2 Cup snow peas
- 1⁄4 Cup soy sauce
- 2 tbls oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 2 tbls sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, taste
- Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Directions
In a large wok skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
Add the garlic and ginger. Saute until fragrant.
Add sliced chicken and stir-fry until golden.
Once meat is cooked, remove and set aside.
In the same skillet add bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp and tender.
Meanwhile in a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil.
Return the cooked chicken to the pan and pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
Toss everything together until well-coated with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until everything is heated through.
Adjust the seasoning with salt and black pepper to taste.
Remove from heat. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
