- 2 cups crystal sugar
- 11⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2⁄3 Cup unsalted butter
- 2⁄3 Cup egg whites
- 1 Cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Frosting
- 11⁄2 Cup unsalted butter
- 5 cups confectionery sugar
- 3 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
- 2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- food coloring

Directions
Mix all the cake ingredients until just incorporated. Bake for 35-45 minutes. Let cool for 20 minutes. Cut it across to make a square and a rectangle.

Beat all the frosting ingredients together. Make 1/2 cup black, 1/2 cup white, 1/3 cup dark green and 1/4 cup light pink
Cut a piece from the square to place on top of the rectangle at the end. Stick together with frosting, and cut into the shape of a head.
