Honey chicken is a great dish that is not only very tasty but also healthy.

Directions
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Thoroughly wash and dry the chicken. Mix honey, soy sauce, ground black pepper, and salt, and apply the mixture to the chicken.
Place the chicken in a roasting pan and sprinkle with chopped garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Roast the chicken in the oven for about an hour, or until it is golden brown and juicy.
Check the chicken every 15 minutes and baste it with the juice that has been released during roasting. This will ensure that the chicken will have a beautiful golden brown color and will be juicy.
