1. Step

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, onion, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and all-spice. Mix well.

2. Step

Shape the meat mixture into small balls.

3. Step

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs to the skillet, and brown on all sides.

4. Step

Reduce the heat to medium and continue to cook the meatballs until they are cooked through and no longer pink in the center.

Remove the meatballs from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk flour in and cook for 1 minute until lightly browned.

Slowly whisk in beef broth, then heavy cream and soy sauce. Continue to cook, whisking constantly.

Season gravy with salt, pepper, and taste.
