- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 3⁄4 Cup water
- 3 tbls olive oil

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt.
Add the water and olive oil to the flour mixture. Stir until the dough starts to come together.
Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 2 minutes until it becomes smooth and slightly elastic.
Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and roll each into a smooth ball.
Using a rolling pin, roll out each ball into a thin circle approximately 6 inches in diameter.
Heat a large non-stick skillet or griddle over medium high heat.
Cook each tortilla for about 1 minute on each side or until it begins to puff and you see golden brown spots on the underside.
