- 3 yolk
- 90 gr melted butter
- 120 g Semi-sweet couverture chocolate
- 3 egg whites
- 60 g Plain white sugar
Swiss Meringue
- 3 egg whites
- 190 g white sugar
- lemon juice
Assembled
- 400 g Dulce de leche

Directions
Mix the melted butter with the melted chocolate. Stir in the egg yolks. Set aside

Beat the egg whites together with the sugar until you obtain a stiff meringue.

Fold the two mixtures together in an encircling motion.

Place in a 20 cm diameter cake tin with greaseproof paper on the base. Bake in a preheated oven at 160ºC for 35 minutes or until it comes out dry when pierced with a toothpick.
