- 500 g special fine flour
- 10 g dry yeast
- 1 kl sugar
- 1 kl salt
- 375 ml water
- butter
- Sunflower seeds

1. Step
Before baking, preheat the oven to 220°C and put a container with water in it.
2. Step
Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
3. Step
Gradually add water and stir until a stiff dough forms.
4. Step
Often dump it onto a floured table and work it thoroughly until it becomes smooth and elastic.
5. Step
Cover it with a towel and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until the volume doubles.
6. Step
Frequently stir again and shape into the form of a loaf. Place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, smear with butter and sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
7. Step
Bake for 45 minutes.
