Homemade Bread without Sourdough
This recipe is great for those who want to prepare their own homemade bread, but do not have sourdough available. Although sourdough is a traditional way to prepare bread, with this recipe you'll find it's possible to create equally tasty and beautifully risen bread without it.

- 500 g self-rising flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 Packaging dried yeast
- 300 ml water

In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and dried yeast.
Gradually add water and mix until the dough comes together completely and is smooth.
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 2 hours, or until it doubles in volume.

Place the dough into a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and hard to the touch.
Let the bread cool before slicing.
