- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
- 11⁄2 tablespoon self-rising flour
- 11⁄2 tablespoon oil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 6 strips bacon
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1⁄2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 cups beef broth
- salt
- ground black pepper

In a bowl, place the ribs. Add the oil, salt, pepper and flour. Stir.
Cut and cook the bacon in a frying pan until golden brown.
In a pan with oil, sear the ribs, garlic cloves, garlic paste, salt, pepper and flour.
Add the garlic cloves, tomato paste, thyme, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, broth, and bacon. Stir.
Preheat the oven to 180° for 10 minutes. Then, bake for two hours at 160° and remove from the oven.
