Homemade Baked Duck a la Grandma
A traditional recipe for roast duck, just like our grandmother used to make. Tasty, juicy and spicy, perfect for Sunday's family feast.

Duck and marinade
- 1 pcs duck
- 2 pcs onion
- 3 pcs garlic
- 2 tablespoon ground red pepper
- 1 ts salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon oil

1. Step
Prepare and clean the duck, rinse it and dry it.
2. Step
Peel and chop the onion and garlic into smaller pieces. Mix them in a bowl with all the spices and oil.
3. Step
Spread this mixture on the duck and let it rest for at least 3 hours, ideally however overnight.
4. Step
Salt the duck before baking and place it in a preheated oven at 180°C. Bake for 3 hours.
