- 4 fresh corn tortillas
- 1⁄2 lb oaxaca, asadero, quesillo, or monterey jack cheese, cut into cubes or torn into small pieces

Set a skillet over medium heat and add tortilla to pan. Top it with /8 of the cheese and /4 of the ham. Add the another /8 of the cheese.
2. Step
Fold the tortilla over and cook about minutes.
3. Step
Flip and cook for another 2 to minutes.
