- 2 large eggs

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In an electric mixing bowl, add room temperature butter and sugars; beat until fluffy.

Add the baking soda, baking powder, salt and oats, mix again until everything is combined. Add the flour, then pour in the chocolate chips and mix again. Form into 1 1/2-inch balls and roll them in the Halloween sprinkles. Place the balls on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 to 13 minutes or until golden brown. As soon as they are removed from the oven, press the eyeballs and M's and M's into the warm cookies. Allow the cookies to cool on the cookie sheet for a few minutes before removing them.
