Ground Turkey Meat
Recipe for tasty turkey meatballs, perfect for lunch or dinner.

- 85 g Breadcrumbs
- 75 ml milk
- 350 g minced turkey meat
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- washed and finely chopped parsley
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- ground red pepper

1. Step
Place the breadcrumbs in a large bowl and pour milk over them.
2. Step
Add the turkey, a teaspoon of oregano, red pepper and half of the parsley, season to taste and mix.
3. Step
With damp hands, roughly shape the meatballs. Will make about 30 pieces.
4. Step
Heat the oil in a large pan, then fry the meatballs on all sides.
