- 1 ts ground paprika

1. Step
Prepare the ingredients. Peel and chop the onion and garlic into small pieces. Wash and cut the tomato, carrot, and pepper into pieces.
2. Step
Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic in it. Add minced meat and roast until it turns brown.
3. Step
Add the vegetables, salt, and pepper. Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.
