- 2 tbls of unsalted butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 Cup seafood stock
- 1 Cup Beef Stock
- 1⁄2 Cup of heavy cream
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley
- Chopped chives for garnish

Start by melting the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Now, add the finely chopped onion and garlic, sauté for about 2-3 minutes until soft and aromatic.
Pour in seafood stock and beef stock, bring it to simmer, then reduce the heat to low and let it cook for about 10-12 minutes.
Add in the heavy cream whilst stirring the sauce, simmer it for another 5 minutes.
Season the sauce with salt, freshly ground black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and fresh lemon juice. Stir well to combine.
Lastly, stir in the chopped fresh parsley to add a hint of freshness.
