Gnocchi in Cheese Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 packing gnocchi
- 1 smaller onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 a handful dried mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 a handful washed and finely chopped parsley
- 250 ml whipped cream
- 50 g grated mozzarella
- mushroom broth
- Mushroom spice vitana cz
- salt
- black pepper

Let the dried mushrooms stand for at least 30 minutes soaked in water.
Finely chop the onion and lightly fry it in butter until translucent, along with the crushed garlic.
We add the mushrooms and sauté everything together for a while.
Pour over with cream, add a few spoons of mushroom broth, mushroom spice and salt.
Finally, add parsley and grated mozzarella. Season the sauce to taste if necessary.
Cook the gnocchi in salted water, add to the sauce and stir. Serve with parmesan or other grated cheese.
