  • 200 g gluten free bread flour Added to
  • 50 g potato starch Added to
  • 100 g Cake flour Added to
  • 2 tablespoon rice flour Added to
  • 1 sachet baking powder Added to
  • 50 g chocolate flakes Added to
  • 50 g Candied orange Added to
  • Lemon zest Added to

1. Step

In a bowl, crack the eggs, add the sugar and whisk for 5 minutes.

2. Step

Incorporate the oil, water, milk and grated lemon zest.

3. Step

Add the flour a little at a time and add the baking powder.

4. Step

Add two tbsp of rice flour to the dough and top with the chocolate flakes and diced candied. Mix with the spatula from the bottom to top

5. Step

Pour the dough into a 750 g panettone (Italian Christmas cake) mould. Then, place it on a baking tray and bake for 45 minutes at 180°C.

6. Step

After 45 minutes, do the toothpick test to check doneness. If it is dry, turn it off and let it rest in the oven, turned off and closed, for 5 minutes.

7. Step

Remove from the oven and leave to cool on a rack. If desired, sprinkle icing sugar. Enjoy!
