Fruit salad
Fruit salad is my favourite dish because it is not only healthy, but also very easy to prepare and quick to put together. I have made it many times, so I have plenty of practical tips to share with you.

Directions
First wash all the fruit thoroughly. This is especially important if you are not using organic produce.
Peel the bananas and apples and cut them into small pieces. Try to cut them evenly so that all the fruit is the same size, this will make the salad even tastier.
For the oranges, first peel and then cut into wedges. Then remove any excess skin and seeds.
Cut the strawberries and grapes into smaller pieces. If you want a very sweet flavour, don't leave out the grapes, as they give the salad its natural sweet taste.
When you have cut all the fruit, mix them together in a large bowl.
In the last step, add 2 tablespoons of honey to make it even sweeter. I always add honey as a healthy alternative to sugar.
Toss the salad well to distribute the honey throughout.
