Fit Cheesecake with Caramel Layer
Cheesecake in a healthier nutritional version. With a layer of caramel pudding and cocoa topping.
Ingredients
Basic
- 150 g Blended oat flakes
- 10 g cocoa
- 1 pcs banana
- 5 tablespoon water
Cream
- 500 g soft cottage cheese
- 1 pcs egg
- 30 g I've used a cookies flavor protein which you can omit or replace with a sweetener.
- 20 g With
- 1 tablespoon vanilla pudding
Caramel part
- 200 g Caramel protein pudding Ehramnn Milbona
Icing
- 20 g cocoa
- 1⁄2 banana
