Fit Banana Bread
A healthy and nutritious alternative to traditional bread. Banana bread is full of fiber and proteins that will keep us full for a long time. It tastes great even the next day, so we can prepare it in advance and have a quick breakfast or snack during the day.
Ingredients
- 3 Pieces Overripe bananas
- 2 Pieces Large eggs
- 60 grams white Greek yogurt
- 30 millilitres With
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 240 grams Whole grain flour
- 50 grams oat flakes
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch salt

Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare the pan.
Mash the bananas in the bowl.
Add eggs, yogurt, chopped chocolate, ground nuts, honey, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
Gradually add dry ingredients and mix.
Pour the mixture into a pre-prepared mold and bake in a preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes.
Let the banana bread cool before slicing.
