Eggless Cake Base
A tasty and simple cake base that doesn't contain eggs. It's a great choice for allergy sufferers or vegetarians.
Ingredients
- 200 g special fine flour
- 100 g sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 120 ml water
- 120 ml vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
We add water, oil, and vanilla extract and mix thoroughly. The mixture should be smooth without lumps.
We often pour the dough into a mold and bake in a preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes.
Let it cool completely, then we can remove it from the mold and use it for further cake preparation.
