Easy Tuna Oven Bake from Scratch Recipe
This Tuna Bake Recipe combines the robust flavors of tuna with the comforting touch of a warm and cheesy baked casserole. It's a versatile dish that can be customized to suit your taste and is perfect for both weeknight dinners and special occasions.

- 2 cans of tuna (drained)
- 2 cups of pasta (you can use macaroni, penne or fusilli)
- 1 Cup of grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1⁄2 Cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1⁄2 Cup of milk
- 1⁄2 Cup of peas
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon of olive oil

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.
Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan, then add the diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté them until they turn soft.
In the same pan, add the tuna, condensed soup, milk, peas, salt, and pepper. Stir until all ingredients mix well.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions but reduce the cooking time by 2-3 minutes as it will continue to cook in the oven.
Drain the pasta and add it to the tuna mixture. Stir well to coat the pasta in the sauce.
Transfer the pasta and tuna mixture to the greased baking dish.
Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over the top, followed by the breadcrumbs.
Bake in the preheated oven for around 20-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
