- cayenne pepper

Nashville hot sauce
- 2 tablespoon cayenne chilli
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl and marinate the thighs for 1 to 4 hours.
