Marinade
- 4 Cup chicken legs
- 1 Cup yoghurt or buttermilk or milk
- 2 tablespoon Cholula sauce
- 1 egg
Breading
- Flour or cornstarch
- cayenne pepper
- salt
- ground black pepper
Nashville hot sauce
- 2 tablespoon cayenne chilli
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Directions
Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl and marinate the thighs for 1 to 4 hours.

In another bowl, prepare the flour with cayenne and seasonings.
