- 200 g rice
- 400 g chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 onion
- 1⁄2 green bell pepper
- 1⁄2 red bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 peeled tomatoes
- 300 g chicken breast
- 150 g peas
- saffron
- salt
- pepper
- oil

Heat a drizzle of oil in a wide pan. Chop the onion, peppers and garlic cloves and add them. Add a pinch of salt and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon.

Add the chicken breasts chopped into large pieces. Turn up the heat and cook everything for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
