- 200 g brown sugar
- 4 spoon ground ginger
- 4 spoon cinnamon
- 11⁄2 spoon ground cloves
- 1 spoon ground pepper
- 1 spoon salt
- 2 egg
- 210 g molasses

Add the baking powder and baking soda to the flour. Mix and set aside.
