- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 Cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1⁄4 Cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
- to taste Olive oil spray
Garnish
- Chopped parsley
- a squeeze lemon juice

Whisk the eggs, garlic, salt and pepper. Set aside.

Add the Panko, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and Parmesan Cheese in another bowl. Set aside.

Dip the tenders, one at a time, into the egg mixture and then into the Panko mixture. Lightly press the Panko mixture into the tenders and coat them evenly.

On a lined baking sheet with parchment paper, arrange the tenders. Lightly spray each tender with olive oil spray.

Bake for 7 minutes in a preheated oven to 180 °C and then flip. Spray the other side with a light coat of olive oil spray and cook for another 5 minutes.
