1. Step

Rinse the rice thoroughly and soak for at least 30 minutes in cold water.

2. Step

In a pot, bring to a boil and add the rice. Reduce the heat to low and cover. Cook for 15-20 minutes until the rice is fluffy.

3. Step

In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, and spices and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add haddock and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add cooked rice, chopped eggs, salt, and pepper. Stir and serve hot.
