Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Mix the eggs and sugar into a cream. Add buttermilk, butter, and coffee diluted in water. Mix, then add sifted, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder. Mix well while adding water.

Grease your baking pan and line the bottom with parchment paper. Pour in the batter. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool.

Cut horizontally in half and fill the middle with buttercream frosting. Print out a baby shark template, the right size for your cake, and cut out the cake shape according to it.

Cover the whole cake with frosting, chill, and cover with more. Smooth the frosting out as much as possible. Once finished, chill again.

Color your fondant according to your template. Roll out enough fondant to cover the whole cake, and cover it from all sides. Cut out shapes from more fondant according to your template. Build all decorations necessary, then place on your cake.
