- 2 cloves garlic
- 1⁄2 kl ground red pepper
- 2 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1 kl salt

- 500 ml water

1. Step
We cut the meat into cubes and season with salt.
2. Step
Chop the onion and garlic finely.
3. Step
Heat the oil in a pan and add the meat. Fry it until golden.
4. Step
Add the onion, garlic and bell pepper cubes to the pan and saute until the meat is completely done.
5. Step
Season with salt and pepper and pour over with water. Cook over medium heat until all the water has evaporated.
