1. Step

In a bowl, mix the minced meat with the beaten egg, the bread previously soaked in milk and drained, the garlic and finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Knead until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

2. Step

Form the meatballs to the desired size, dredge them in flour and shake to remove the excess. Set aside.

3. Step

In a frying pan with hot oil, fry the meatballs until golden brown, remove and set aside.

4. Step

In the same pan, add the chopped onion until golden brown.

Add the white wine and reduce by half.

6. Step

Add the tomato sauce and the meatballs and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.

7. Step

Serve hot, sprinkling fresh parsley on top if desired.
