Dark Chocolate Bark Dessert
This Chocolate Bark is a delightful dessert made with a few simple ingredients. It's a perfect bite-sized sweet treat that will impress your guests at any party. The crunch of the almonds and the sweetness of the chocolate create a perfect balance that's heavenly to the taste buds.
Ingredients
Chocolate layer
- 400 gms dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon butter

- 100 gms Almonds
- 30 gms dried cranberries

Directions
Start by melting the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water, make sure the bowl does not touch the water. Stir frequently until smooth and well combined.
Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Pour the melted chocolate mixture on top, smoothing out to create an even layer.
While the chocolate is still wet, scatter over almonds and dried cranberries.
Leave to set in the refrigerator for a couple of hours until hardened.
Once set, break the bark into uneven pieces.
The chocolate bark is ready to serve. Enjoy!
