Curry with Greek Yogurt

- 400 g chicken breast
- 1 zucchini
- 1 a handful spinach
- 1 pcs onion
- oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 400 ml white Greek yogurt
- curry spices
- turmeric
- ground ginger
- salt
- ground black pepper

1. Step
Finely chop the scallion, slice the zucchini into half moons and sauté them together in a little bit of oil.
2. Step
While they are frying, cut the meat into smaller cubes, put it into a bowl, season it with spices and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Mix everything well and add it to the onion with zucchini.
3. Step
After about 15 minutes, when the meat is done, add the crushed garlic and spinach. Cook for about 2-3 more minutes.
4. Step
We take it off the heat and finally stir in the yogurt (not on the plate so it doesn't curdle).
5. Step
Season to taste if necessary and serve with rice.
