1. Step

Season the beef with salt and pepper. Set aside for 10-15 minutes.

2. Step

Prepare the sauce by combining soy sauce, oyster sauce, dissolved cornstarch, sugar, and red pepper flakes. Mix well and set aside.

3. Step

Heat in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant and slightly brown.

4. Step

Add the beef and stir-fry until it changes color. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add all the bell peppers and carrots. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender yet crisp.

Return the beef to the pan, add the sauce and stir well to combine. Cook for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens.
