Directions
First of all, properly preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle shape. The thickness should be approximately 1 cm.
In a large bowl, mix the feta cheese with the eggs, sour cream, yogurt, and milk until thoroughly combined.
Spread the cheese mixture over the puff pastry, leaving the edges clean.
Roll the pastry up tightly lengthwise, like a jelly roll. Slightly pinch the edges to seal.
Brush the burek with a mix of egg yolk and a bit of water.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnishing.
Bake it in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown on the outside. Your cheese burek should be crusty on the outside but tender and creamy on the inside.
Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before cutting into slices.
Serve warm as a savory breakfast or a filling snack. Served best with a glass of cold yogurt on the side.
