Preheat oven 375°F (190). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

2. Step

In a large bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder until well combined.

Add the chicken pieces, cooked rice, frozen peas, frozen corn and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese to the bowl and toss everything together.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish spread it out evenly.
