Creamy Garlic Prawn Spaghetti Pasta

Ingredients
- 400 gms Spaghetti Pasta
- 500 gms fresh prawns, peeled and deveined
- 6 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbls olive oil
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1⁄2 Cup of dry white wine
- 1⁄2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
- Freshly chopped basil and parsley for garnish
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Directions
Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add the prawns to the skillet. Cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove the prawns from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the diced tomatoes, dry white wine, crushed red pepper flakes if using, and season with salt and pepper. Let the sauce simmer until slightly thickened.
Toss in the cooked pasta and the cooked prawns. If needed, add some of the reserved pasta water to loosen up the sauce.
Garnish with freshly chopped basil, parsley, and a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese before serving.
