Creamy chicken and potato casserole
This recipe for creamy chicken and potato casserole is one of my favorite dishes. Its rich, deep flavors and creaminess is something that pleases my soul every time. I've always liked this combination of chicken and potatoes, and adding cream makes the dish even more delicious. When I prepare it, the whole house fills with a pleasant aroma that makes everyone hungry and looking forward to the meal.
Ingredients
- 1 kg Potatoes
- 4 pcs chicken breast
- 2 pcs Onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 spoons butter
- 200 ml whipped cream
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions
In a frying pan, I heat the butter and then add the chopped onion and garlic, frying them until they become glassy.
Then I add the chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper and fry until the chicken is golden.
When the chicken is ready, I add the sliced potatoes and cream, mix everything together and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Then I put the whole thing into an ovenproof dish and bake it in the oven for about 30 minutes (or until the potatoes are tender).
