Creamy Cheesy Chicken Gnocchi Bake

Ingredients
- 800 gms of gnocchi
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size
- 2 cups of fresh spinach
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 11⁄2 cups of heavy cream
- 1⁄2 Cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Preheat your oven to 200°C (around 400°F).
In a large skillet, sauté the minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant.
Add the chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions.
Once the gnocchi is cooked, add in the spinach and cook until it wilts.
Return the chicken to the skillet and add the heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined and the cheese has melted.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Top it off with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
