- 800 ml sour cream
- 1 tablespoon confectionery sugar
- 2 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 vanilla sugar
- baby biscuits
- Strawberries

1. Step
We mix sour cream with powdered and vanilla sugar. We divide the mass into 2 parts. One stays white and we add Granko to the other. We prepare a container, line it with a microwave-safe bag and we can start layering.
2. Step
At the bottom, we put a little bit of white mass, on it a layer of biscuits (flat part upwards), again cream mass and on it fruit. Repeat once more and then continue with the mass flavored with Granka and repeat the layering.
3. Step
We put it in the fridge for a few hours, best overnight. After standing, we flip the cake, remove the bag, and decorate it.
