Fresh homemade cornmeal bread is a great alternative to regular bread. It is soft, fragrant, and has a wonderful golden color.

- 500 g corn flour
- 1 g baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 400 ml Warm water

Mix all dry ingredients.
2. Step
Add olive oil and gradually pour in warm water.
3. Step
Knead the dough, cover it and let it rest for 1 hour.
4. Step
Often put in a preheated oven at 200°C and bake for 40 minutes.
5. Step
Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool on a rack.
