Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. After cooking, rinse them with cold water and let them cool down.

2. Step

In the meantime, prepare the vegetables. Clean the peppers and cut them into small pieces, as well as the courgette. Halve the cherry tomatoes and cut the mozzarella into pieces.

3. Step

Add a bit of olive oil to the pan and sauté the peppers and zucchini on medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Step

Prepare the dressing. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper. Finally, add the lime juice.
