1. Step

Preheat oven to 200 C. Mix the yeast and sugar into the water and let it activate. Add it along with butter to the flour and mix. Add the eggs and salt. Mix for 10-15 minutes. Let sit in a warm place until it doubles in size.

2. Step

Stir-fry the potatoes, mackerel, and the rest of the ingredient together.

3. Step

Dust the dough with flour and divide into bun-sized chunks. Roll each out. Put a teaspoon of the fish mixture onto each piece of dough. Fold into a triangle shape.

Put on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and brush the top with egg wash. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Enjoy!
