Sauce
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon tomato puree
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
- salt
- pepper
- 2 bay leaves
- 400 g canned tomato

Mix the water and wine, and soak the bread in it. Add to the meat and mix. Add the rest of the meatball ingredients and mix well.
