- 10 g baking soda

- 500 ml heavy cream
- 180 g cottage cheese
- 50 g Sugar powder
For coating
- 100 g butter
- 2 tablespoon Sugar powder
- 200 g cottage cheese

Whisk the eggs with salt until stiff and frothy. Add the condensed milk and vanilla. Beat again until smooth.

Mix the flour with the baking powder and gradually add to the egg mixture to knead a stiff dough.
