- 200 g cookies
- 100 g cream cheese
- 170 g chocolate
- 6 red chocolate dragées
- 6 crunchy pretzels
- 12 white chocolate chips

Crumble the sponge cake into a bowl. Add the cream cheese and mix until obtaining a mouldable texture.

Take small portions of dough, about 15 grams, and roll them into small balls. Leave to rest for an hour in the refrigerator.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave.

Take the balls out of the fridge. Dip the tip of the long toothpicks into the melted chocolate and stick them into the balls. Leave to set in the fridge for 10 minutes.

Cover the balls with melted chocolate. Stick a red chocolate dragée in the centre to make the nose and place the white chocolate balls to make the eyes. Paint a couple of dots of melted chocolate in the centre of the white chocolate to make the pupils.
