Chocolate Sponge Cake

- 6 pcs Eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 200 g special fine flour
- 50 g cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 50 g chocolate

1. Step
Separate the eggs into yolks and whites. Whisk the whites into a foam, gradually add sugar and whisk until stiff.
2. Step
Add the yolks, flour, melted chocolate, cocoa, and baking powder to the beaten egg whites. Stir.
3. Step
Pour the dough frequently onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake the biscuit in an oven preheated to 180°C for approximately 15 minutes.
