1. Step

Rinse the chicken thighs, pat them dry and season them on all sides. Then transfer them to a roasting tin and drizzle with oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 60 minutes, until the thighs are nicely golden brown and the meat is tender.

2. Step

While the chicken thighs are baking, prepare the cabbage. Rinse the cabbage, remove the outer leaves, and slice into thin strips.

3. Step

Pour olive oil into the pot, add chopped cabbage, salt, and pepper. Stew the cabbage over medium heat for 20-30 minutes until soft, or until it's done to your liking.

Serve chicken thighs along with cabbage. Bon appétit!
