Chicken wings in the oven
Recipe for marinated chicken wings baked in the oven.
Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken wings
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 spoons olive oil
- 3 spoons With
- 1 teaspoon Chilli spices

Directions
Rinse the wings thoroughly and pat dry with a paper towel.
Then season the wings with salt and pepper and mix with the crushed garlic.
Mix olive oil, honey and chilli pepper in a bowl and rub the resulting mixture over the wings.
Then transfer the wings to a baking sheet lined with baking paper. From my own experience, I recommend covering the baking sheet with foil to prevent the wings from burning and to make the baking sheet easier to wash.
Bake them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes. Turn the wings halfway through baking. The finished wings should be beautifully golden brown and crispy.
