Chicken steaks
- 4 Pieces chicken breast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Mushroom Sauce
- 300 grams fresh mushrooms (wild or cultivated)
- 1 piece onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon Frying oil

1. Step
Cut the chicken breasts into steaks, season with salt and pepper. Fry them until golden brown on both sides in a pan. Then put the steaks on a plate.
2. Step
On the same pan where we baked chicken cutlets, sauté finely chopped onion and garlic.
3. Step
Add the chopped mushrooms and simmer until they are soft.
4. Step
Return the chicken steaks back to the pan into the sauce and stew for another 10 minutes.
5. Step
We serve it with rice or pasta. Bon appetit!
