Chicken sauté with Mushrooms

Chicken sauté
- 500 g chicken meat
- 100 g butter
- 1⁄2 l chicken broth
- 2 kl spice
- 1 pcs onion
Champignons
- 500 g mushrooms
- 2 kl salt
- 1 pcs onion
- 100 g cooking cream

1. Step
Cut the chicken meat into smaller pieces and salt it.
2. Step
Melt the butter in a pan, add chopped onions and saute for a few minutes.
3. Step
Then we add chicken and roast until golden.
4. Step
Add the chicken broth and cook for about 10 minutes.

In the meantime, fry the onion in another pan, then add the chopped mushrooms and salt.

We cook for a few minutes then add the cooking cream, stir and cook for another 5 minutes.

Then we add the mushrooms to the meat, stir and cook for a few more minutes until softened.

Serve with rice or freely according to taste.
